Creating a blog is fun to do! This afternoon was spent making lists of favorite sites and restaurants. Why is it that making lists is so satisfying?

We join the holiday photo card crowd

For the first time ever in our nuclear family, we are planning on sending out photo Christmas cards this year. They are ordered, and I eagerly await them.

Ways to get my kid to do his homework

He's so reluctant to do his spelling sentences, and I don't really blame him. He's required to use cursive, which is so old school. So I suggested that he write on his dry erase board, take a photo of his work with my iphone, upload it to a computer and print it. Much better. Much more technology involved.

Time to begin!

It's 3 AM! A great time to start a blog! I've had the itch for a while now, mainly to flesh out the things that I post on facebook -- fun places to visit, interesting things to make, crazy things that my kids do. . .

We'll see what happens!
